How do I customize my jacket?

What options are available for customizing the jacket?

You can customize the color of the sleeves, pockets, chest, back and the collar of your jacket to make it unique.

What materials are used to make the jacket?

Our jackets are made of a premium fabric, you can check the composition and care instructions on the configurator page.

What sizes are available?

We offer a wide range of sizes. Feminine sizes from size 36 until 46 and Masculine sizes from 44 to 56 and Kids sizes from 8 y.o. to 14 y.o.. For more information on the sizes and size guide consult the size table on our configurator. If you need different sizing, feel free to contact us.

How long does it take to receive my jacket?

After confirming your order, we will get in touch with you to clarify the production and delivery timeline.

Can I return or exchange my jacket?

According to European Law, customizable items are not returnable or exchangeable. If you have any doubts about your size and fitting please contact us.

What is the cost of the jacket?

You can check the price of your jacket in the configurator page. The price range will be determined by your need of personalization.

Can I add my own logo or design to the jacket?

Of course! At the end of your configuration you will have an option to add personalized logo or design to the jacket. After ordering we will get in touch with you to satisfy your request.

How do I care for my jacket?

VITA’s jackets are built to last! You will receive care instructions with your order and you can also can check the care instructions on the configurator page.

Can I track my order?

As soon as it ships, we will send you tracking information.
